El Paso Community College is a member of the National Junior College Athletic Association competing in Region V and the Western Junior College Athletic Conference.
The baseball program started in 1995-96. Baseball has won the WJCAC championship in 2001, 2003 and 2004 and won the Region V tournament in 2002.
The softball program started in 1996-97. Softball has won the WJCAC championship in 1999 and 2000 and the Region V tournament in 1999 and 2000. They advanced to the NJCAA championships in 1999 and 2000.
The men's and women's cross-country started in 2000-01. The women won the WJCAC and the Region V titles in 2001, 2004, 2007, 2008 and 2009 while the men won in 2005. Both teams have advanced to the NJCAA championships the past 10 years. Their best finished was 6th place for the men in 2003 and 3rd place for the women in 2007.
The men’s and women’s half marathon team started in 2003-2004. The women were the 2007 National Champions and the Men had a 4th place finish in 2004.
